Sale and Special offer items are non-refundable. Please ensure you are satistfied with products in the sale and on special offer before ordering. This does not affect you statutory rights

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, Ariana Boutique reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send rest of the order.

RETURNS POLICY

If an item is unsuitable, Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unwashed for an exchange ONLY within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds. If items are returned after the 7 days of reciept Ariana Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us by completing a refund form before returning items.
